Growth in Real Wages Falling Since 1944, Where Will it End?

Profits have never been better they say.

These people occupying this and occupying that should just take a bath and then go job hunting.

Well they have gone job hunting. During the last 20 years you have gotten mom to leave her home and work any kind of job she can find to help out with the home payment. During this last 20 years I have seen nearly half of my students take jobs in McDonalds and similar situations to help out with the family income. They have gone job hunting and they have taken a bath and where did it get them?

Many kids are simply too tired to complete their homework and mom and dad are too tired to help them with it. And they don’t have time to discuss this together at the dinner table because how many families even have dinner together anymore? The business sector has broken down our family values by squeezing the family for every drop of dirt cheap labor they can get out ot them.

Yes we are taking jobs and looking for jobs that are no longer to be found unless we are willing to work the fields pruning fruit trees and picking beans for a dime a pound. Tell us what you have done with the jobs. Hmmmm are you sure you haven’t shipped them overseas to populations that can live on less than $20 per week and to hell with the unwitting victims you leave behind you.
